Originally a 19th century Lincolnshire Dairy Farm, each cottage has been sympathetically converted. Beech Farm Cottages consist of two ground floor and three, two storey self-contained cottages. Each cottage looks onto a beautiful paved and gravelled courtyard with raised fish pond; an ideal, sheltered, place to catch the sun or to spend lazy summer days or evenings using the built in barbeque.

One side of the courtyard has the benefit of a veranda type sitting area, which is sure to be pleasant during those warm days. All of our cottages offer excellent views over open Lincolnshire countryside and have French windows, opening onto your private patio area, complete with garden furniture.

Our pretty, well equipped, 'home from home' cottages - with their décor and carefully selected quality furnishings, will ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, whether you are here on Business, attending a local Wedding , looking for somewhere to stay whilst moving house or for a Romantic Weekend away from it all...

You will find each property has a fully equipped kitchen including electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, and all cookery utensils. The beautiful living rooms all furnished to a high standard have a colour television, video recorder and CD / DVD player. Bed linen, duvets, pillows, towels and tea-towels are also provided, and electricity and heating is fully inclusive of the weekly rental price. We also have ample off-road car parking space.

On arrival you will find our 'welcome tray' including: milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter and a bottle of wine.

There is a communal utility room fitted with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
