How to Book

Please complete the booking form providing all relevant information including full name of all guests accommodating cottage, name of prefered cottage, contact address, postcode, telephone number, email, fax, please also date and sign the booking form.

We recommend a telephone call or email in order for us to ensure we are able to accommodate your booking. We are happy to provisionally book a cottage and will hold your booking for 5 working days, giving you the time to forward your deposit and completed booking form As soon as we receive your payment and completed booking form we will confirm your booking in writing.

We require full payment no later than six weeks before your holiday commences. Please make all cheques/postal orders made payable to 'S & S Leisure Ltd', and return with your booking form to us here at Beech Farm Cottages.
