Judy is the perfect host. The farm is very attractive, I appreciated the invitation to walk on their land, it was so peaceful. The accommodation cannot be faulted , every thing you could possibly need and of the highest quality. It is certainly excellent value for money, I would recommend it with out any reservations.

Gus and I had a lovely, comfortable stay - very much a home from home, with everything you could possibly need. Plus beautiful sunset views across the fields, a tranquil setting and Judy and the team were all very warm and friendly. Wifi also great for working.

Absolutely brilliant stay,so quiet and peaceful. Judy (host) absolutely amazing. The cottage was stunning and the attention to detail of the outside areas and facilities were superb. i would recommend this place without reservation. This was my first stay at Beech Farm cottages and I was very pleasantly surprised to find the perfect place for my week-long visit. The cottage was warm, private and quiet set in beautiful rural surroundings and had a lovely private terrace. On arrival there were flowers, a bottle of wine, plum bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and butter. There was a kitchen cum sitting room with a leather couch and dining table, and the cupboards were well-stocked with crockery, cutlery, pans and cooking utensils and glassware. Hidden away under the kitchen bench there was a washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator. The comfortable bedroom had a vanity that served as a desk and a huge wardrobe and chest of drawers with solid wooden hangers. The en-suite was cleverly designed and well-stocked with towels and toiletries as well as a heated towel rail. Judy was the perfect host and made me feel very much at home. This property gets 10/10 for cleanliness location/surroundings and privacy.

Had a wonderful stay here in Buttermilk cottage with my husband, "kids" (17&21) and whippet, we had a fabulous time. The setting is really peaceful and the house felt really homely and welcoming.The gardens were beautiful with lots of nice touches and the two large fields were perfect for walking the dog, we even saw a couple of deer one day. We all enjoyed the pool table but especially our kids. Kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the goodies left by Judy and Norman, who were our lovely, friendly hosts.The bathrooms were equally well equipped with plenty of towels and travel toiletries (which was fantastic as certain members of our group had forgotten to pack some!). The house was also lovely and clean.We would highly recommend Beech Farm Cottages and hope to return in the future.It was a great experience! . Judy and Norman were always there to help us out with any questions. We had a lovely quiet stay and will be back.Welcomed by friendly and most helpful Judy and Norman to a clean quaint home away from home! Well equipped cottage and laundry facilities on site. Beautiful surroundings from our window. Judy and Norman made us feel very welcome. The house was well specified and clean with loads of homely touches. Room sizes are perfect. The whole farm was wonderful and quirky with amazing statues and ornaments everywhere. The pool table was a massive hit with the kids, and the setting worked really well. The fields out back were great for walking the dog. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing a couple of deer running across the fields.

Buttermilk Cottage was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location is great - easy to get to Grimsby/Cleethorpes in one direction and to Louth in the other direction. Judy is a friendly and excellent host - we really appreciated the little extra touches (wine and chocolates and of course the Christmas Tree ) !
